Regency Cleaning have cleaned a vast number of schools and student accommodation projects throughout the UK. Areas include as far as Southampton working all the way up to Glasgow. Ranging from small primary schools to 2,000 bedroom student village accommodation.

Intense high level cleaning of the 79,000 meter square warehouse to services, cladding, ducting and structures were completed in a very challenging environment over a period of 6 months. Also, low level cleaning of fixtures and fittings including floor scrubbing machines were continuously in place. The entire full height external cladding was also cleaned prior to a very successful handover.

The £150m new build Library opened in August 2013. Regency Cleaning Services were proud to be the nominated cleaning company to help achieve a successful handover of this bespoke building. The majority of the clean was specialised which included works from integral BMU’s to clean high level structures temperature controlled Archive floors and the Shakespeare memorial room which was originally built in 1882 and rehoused within the rotunda at the very top of the library.

Regency Cleaning Services have been successful in obtaining a number of Costco Wholesale projects throughout the UK and completed the projects to a very high standard. These include, Oldham, Birmingham, Hayes, Coventry and many more. Intense cleaning to a food environment including hygiene cleans to kitchen and prep areas prior to opening. Continuous cleaning was required throughout to keep dust to an absolute minimum during construction. Cleaning was then continued and taken to the highest standard whilst being fully stocked.
